Shipping Information

Marineparts.com ships the same day if orders are placed by 3.00 PM EST. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service and take between 1 and 5 business days to most locations. If you require faster service please call to talk to a sales representative about expediting your order.
Shipping starts at $13.99 . Heavy items will incur a Freight charge calculated at time of order.

Delivery Service Delays

If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the delivery date of your order.

Alaska and Hawaii Addresses, APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

Most items can be shipped to Alaska,Hawaii, Guam, APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses, there is an additional charge for most items for service to Hawaii and Alaska. A customer Service rep will contact you if additional charges need to be applied to your order. These orders will either USPS or UPS.


International  Addresses

We have a $100.00 minimum order not including shipping for International Customers. We can ship Most items to International Addresses, there is an additional charge for most items for service to International Addresses. Shipping charges to International addresses will be an additional charge and a customer Service rep will contact you if additional charges need to be applied to your order. These orders will either USPS or UPS.



Items Requiring Special Handling

Marineparts.com com offers a number of large and over sized items that require special handling. If an item requires special handling, you'll be notified by a customer service rep. Keep in mind that some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.

DAMAGE/LOSS SHORTAGE

Our packaging is done with care to insure that your order is received in good condition. For shipment via UPS or common carrier, please note the discrepancy, damage, etc., on the freight bill and immediately file proper claim with delivering carrier. Damage and shortage of packages is the responsibility of the delivering carrier
