Captains Call Exhaust Systems Exhaust diverters allow the captain to switch from a loud thru-hull mode to a quieterthru-prop mode with the simple flick of a helm mounted switch. This is an ideal solution for you early morning boaters who are kind enough not to disturb the late night boaters; after all, they didnt awaken you when they came in late because they were equipped with the Captains Call diverter option too. We offer these in a wide range of applications including a standard straight system, offset, or side exit system. They are offered in a highly polished stainless steel finish as well as a lower cost gloss black powder coated stainless finish; both are very attractive and highlight any engine compartment. Some of the standard applications are offered in convenient kits that include tips, hose and clamps. See pages (6 - 15). Even with an exhaust diverter installed in your boat, you may exceed the allowable noise level. If you boat in areas with noise restrictions, check with a CORSA Performance representative and we will be glad to advise you of the noise restrictions in your area. Approximately 4 - 5 hours complete kit installation. |

Quick & Quiet II This is a full time thru-hull system. When properly configured, it can meet any noise law within the 50 states on any Stock 502 EFI or smaller production motor. We combined a silencer tip with the housing of a diverter; this in effect allows the exhaust to exit through the transom and the prop at the same time. At lower rpms most of the exhaust is heard through the exhaust tips. As rpms increase, more exhaust is forced through the y-pipe, allowing optimum flow and noise reduction. These are also offered in a polished stainless steel or a gloss black powder-coated finish. Approximately 3 - 4 hours installation time. If you wish to convert this system to the Quick & Quiet Plus in the future, please contact a technical sales representative. |

Quick & Quiet Plus This is the ultimate exhaust option available today. When properly configured, it can meet any noise law within the 50 states on any Stock 502 EFI or smaller production motor. This system incorporates a diverter that will allow you to choose between a thru-hull mode or a quiet thru-prop mode. When exiting through the transom, the exhaust passes through silencer tips that reduce the sound levels to an acceptable level. As rpms increase, more exhaust is forced through the y-pipe, allowing optimum flow and noise reduction. This system tames some of the loudest motors without sacrificing any performance. You have a choice of either the polished stainless steel or gloss black powder-coated finish. Approximately 4 - 5 hours installation time. |
