Y VALVE
The Y-Valve can be used to divert waste directly overboard, where legal to do so (check local and Federal regulations to determine where direct overboard discharge of untreated waste is permitted). Also to direct flow to a holding tank or a dockside pump-out deck plate. It has been designed to be self-clearing for trouble-free operation. Installation convenience is one of the design factors: ports can be rotated through 360° so that discharge plumbing can be routed away in parallel, at 90°, in opposite directions or either up or down without disassembly. The Y-Valve is supplied with 1-1/2"(38mm) ports (fitted) plus an extra 1"(25mm) straight inlet port.

Whichever toilet you choose you need to make sure your installation is fully in-line with local regulations concerning discharge. Many areas will heavily fine anyone caught discharging overboard. Choose from one of two models, the Macerator 18590 which will discharge tanks up to 600 litres (130 gallons) in one operation and self primes up to 1.2m (4ft); or the AC version for larger boats or dockside service and is suitable for continuous duty.
