GIL EXHAUST System Accessories
Make Your System Perform Better With Quality GIL Components.
- Replacement Tailpipe Kit - Consists of (1) Turbulator Ring, (2) Flange
Gaskets, (1) "U" Shaped Hose with (2) Hose Clamps. A kit is provided with every
Gil Tailpipe. Individual parts can be purchased separately.
- Manifold Spacer Kit - Provides additional manifold to valve cover
clearance needed for tall valve covers. (3/8") Spacer provides (.265")
additional clearance. (1/2") Spacer provides (.354") additional clearance. Each
kit contains (2) Spacers and (4) Gaskets. Extra long manifold bolts sold separately.
- Tailpipe Wedge Kit - Wedges are designed to change Tailpipe angle if pipes
and transom holes are not properly aligned. Each kit contains (2) Wedges, (4) Gaskets and
(4) Tall Studs.
- Replacement "Y" Style Water Fitting - Required for most Gil
installations on older MerCruiser engines, except Hi-Performance and EFI. The fitting
connects the thermostat discharge and by-pass to assure continuous water flow through Gil
Manifolds. Provided with all Gil Exhaust Systems, except EFI Series.
