Dry Offshore Systems

This thru-transom dry Exhaust System is designed for ultra high-performance engines, especially those with high overlap cams and other performance enhancements. Polished stainless steel water jacketed exhaust pipes, which extend thru the transom, discharge water separately from exhaust gases, improving performance and minimizing water reversion. This system also features the Gil header-style cast aluminum manifold. Each system includes transom rings to complete the Tailpipe installation. Available for single, twin and multiple staggered installations.

Four-inch diameter water jacketed dry exhaust pipes are available for both Bravo and TRS models in standard, 3-inch and 6-inch rises. Custom pipes also are available.

Marine Exhaust Systems

1. Rather than passing water through the flange, water is by-passed through an external hose to prevent flange leaks that can destroy an engine in seconds.
2. Patented Exhaust Turbulator traps and vaporizes tailpipe condensation instead of allowing it to be drawn into the engine through exhaust valves.
3. Water jacketed, 100 percent stainless steel exhaust pipes separate water from exhaust gases to prevent hot spots and discoloration, while providing protection against water ingestion.
4. Full length, water jacketed runners tune the flow of exhaust gases improving low end torque and acceleration.
5. Cast 356 aluminum manifolds are Gilcoated inside and out for unequaled protection against corrosive saltwater environments.
6. Log style cooling water distribution system provides optimum circulation to ensure even cooling to all engine cylinders, eliminating hot spots.
