Designed for electrical systems up to 36v (dc) utilizing more than one battery. Electrical
ratings are 310 AMPS continuous and 500 AMPS intermittent at 12 volts. They conform to
U.S.C.G. safety standard, section 183.410 for ignition protection. Case knob and insulator
are molded with high temperature and fracture resistant plastic. Choose from 8 (eight)
models offering optional features including key lock in the off position, alternator field
disconnect circuit and pilot lights to show batteries in use. |

Battery Isolators:
Designed for use in recreational, automotive, marine and industrial vehicles and equipment
utilizing dual battery systems. Cole Hersee Battery Isolator Guards isolate each battery
to prevent discharging of current from the higher charged battery to the lower charged
one. They also permit the simultaneous charging of two batteries from a single power
source (alternator or generator). Featuring solid state circuitry for trouble-free
operation. The units are constructed of rugged, corrosion resistant materials, with an
aluminum heat sink housing for long life and dependability. The line consists of 10 models
ranging from 42-250 amps. |
